My Story

If you had told me 20 years ago I would be creating tasting menus for private dining, I would have laughed at you. It has been a long road thru many careers to get me here. In the process, I spent almost 20 years working in restaurants as a bartender, waiter & manager. I have run private whisky & sake tasting/education classes. I started out cooking for friends & now I’ve turned my love of cooking into a business. What distinguishes me from other chefs, is that #1 I offer a multi-course tasting menu rather than a basic 3-4 course meal. #2 I include drink pairings for all courses, excluding dessert. #3 Instead of a pre-constructed menu, I offer a handcrafted menu built around foods you enjoy & dishes you are interested in trying. I also include distinctive moments from your life to design a one of a kind dining experience. And like my favorite bands, I never repeat the exact same dining experience twice.
